We mapped 692 prompts across luxury watches, gift guides, investment timepieces, and brand comparison categories. The watch space had concentrated competition. Five brands appeared in over 80% of responses. We identified 16 prompt clusters where our client's price point and craftsmanship were a better fit than the brands being recommended.

Citation building

We built citations on 10 high-authority watch review sites, horological databases, and collector community resources that AI models reference. We also restructured the brand's product pages with detailed movement specifications and heritage data in formats AI models can extract directly.
