Prompt research
We mapped 1,203 prompts across health, wellness, and supplement categories. The wellness space turned out to be more fragmented than expected. People ask about specific ingredients, conditions, and routines rather than just "best brands." We cataloged every competitor mention and the exact sources AI platforms were pulling from.
Citation building
We placed the brand in 16 high-authority health and wellness sources. This meant getting cited in ingredient comparison databases, wellness editorial roundups, and clinical research aggregators. We also fixed inconsistent product data across platforms that was confusing the AI models.
Monitoring and growth
We tracked citations daily and noticed the brand started appearing in adjacent prompts we had not targeted directly. We leaned into that by building citations for those new categories too. Caught one hallucination where an AI was attributing a competitor's product to our client.
